Established in 1988, Servitech Industries, Inc. is a leading applicator of SermaGard® and RoBo® Coatings in North America. The SermaGard® line offers sacrificial metallic/ceramic and non-sacrificial barrier coatings designed for high-temperature and corrosion-critical applications. Our portfolio includes inorganic ceramic and organic fluorocarbon modified epoxy coatings, known for their salt-spray performance, chip resistance, adhesion, and ductility. These coatings are commonly used in fasteners, stampings for bonded rubber applications, exhaust hanger rods, clamps, spring clips, and specialty nails.
SermaGard's ceramic/aluminum high-temperature capabilities allow for the use of lower-cost plain carbon steel in exhaust system components, reducing the need for expensive stainless steel.
RoBo® Coating is a semi-sacrificial system designed for components exposed to oxidizers like bleach, peroxide, and chlorine. This coating addresses stress corrosion cracking in constant tension hose clamps used by automotive manufacturers. Radiator caps, compression springs, pneumatic components, and others benefit from RoBo's unique properties.
