Our core business is to provide timely, high-quality advice to investors, sponsors, and operating businesses in U.S. private markets.

Since the firm's inception in 2017, we have been retained by various high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate investors to oversee, manage, and improve their portfolios and to originate, due diligence, and execute new direct investments in private operating businesses and real estate.

In addition, we have been retained as outside advisors by sponsors and early-stage companies on matters of strategy, finance, investor relations, and operations. The recent addition of Ramadan Ameen to our team has greatly expanded our ability to execute this work.

INDEPENDENT SPONSOR

Our advisory work has allowed us to develop national networks of investors, sponsors, and early-stage companies. We see many investment opportunities on a daily basis. If attractive and appropriate to investors in our network, we will attempt to organize clubs of co-investors to invest in those opportunities.
