SG Associates was founded by Sergio Gonzalez, a Los Angeles native who was previously an account exec with some of the nation’s top lending institutions. His success in the industry prompted him to open his own mortgage company, and subsequently become a realtor with Prudential in Santa Barbara.

Sergio quickly differentiated himself as Rookie of the Year thanks to his outstanding service and ingenious online marketing techniques which he now offers SG Associates clients, as well as luxury realtors and lenders throughout Southern California who seek his expertise.
