Shalom Health Care Center is your medical home, offering diagnosis and treatment of complex and minor illnesses, health screenings, chronic disease management, health promotion programs, behavioral health services, HIV Prevention and Education, and much more!  

At Shalom, we deliver high-quality, comprehensive personalized care at a low-cost to our patients, while providing bilingual staff and interpreters on site.  We utilize best practices and seek to continually learn and improve.  Shalom's services are provided on a sliding fee based on family income.  We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and Private Insurance.   

In addition to our two primary care centers, Shalom operates several school-based clinics throughout Indianapolis and Speedway, providing acute and chronic health services at no cost to students' families.  Shalom's Mobile Clinic also partners with several community agencies in the Indianapolis area to bring primary care, substance use disorder treatment, and behavioral health treatment directly at the doorstep of those most in need.  At Shalom, our vision is health equity for all in our community.  


Shalom is proud to also provide one of the first PrEP awareness campaigns focused on the Latinx community in Indiana called Mi Gente.  Mi Gente is a community that comes together to fight the stigma of HIV/AIDS and works to prevent HIV through testing and PrEP.  The Mi Gente team provides information and access to testing and PrEP for the Latinx community while increasing knowledge of HIV prevention resources.  Shalom's objective is for the Latinx community in Indiana to have proper knowledge and understanding of HIV and HIV prevention, while giving them the focus equality and support they need.
