Shane Aspen Real Estate, (Formerly SDS Real Estate, Inc) was initially formed in 1994 as a boutique real estate firm. Today,  as an aggressive, independent company with  a reputation for tenacity, performance and integrity, we represent buyers and sellers throughout the Roaring Fork Valley and we are consistently one of the top performing brokerage firms every year.   Shane Aspen Real Estate maintains a highly visible downtown office located on the street level at the corner of South Monarch and Hopkins Streets in Aspen.  Our new Basalt office is located at 790 East Valley Road in the Wilits Town Center shopping and residential neighborhood.   
With a team of 22 brokers and support staff we have more than 200 years of combined experience in real estate sales. Our firm is large enough to possess the necessary tools to do a superior job, but small enough to have each transaction receive the attention necessary to get the sale completed in a non-stressful manner.
