Shares, Inc. provides service and support for people with disabilities to enhance their successful inclusion in the community. We envision a community in which people with disabilities are valued, fully included, and empowered to lead meaningful, self-determined lives.

We have locations in Shelby, Rush, and Hancock Counties in Indiana. We offer Community Employment Services funded through the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Our Day Services options are customized to meet the needs, interests, and life stage of each participant: 1) Skills to Work, for those interested in gaining employment skills, 2) Skills to Thrive, for those who wish to increase independence in their daily lives, and 3) The Good Life Club, for retired individuals who want to remain connected and social. Services are funded through group homes, Medicaid Waiver, and OBRA funds.

Shares Shredding & Recycling offers confidential document destruction services to businesses throughout East Central Indiana. Shares Fulfillment Services offers order fulfillment, packaging/repackaging, light assembly, and other services.
