Sharpless and Sharpless Insurance was founded in 1939 by Grant Sharpless.  Family owned and operated, the Sharpless and Sharpless tradition continued for many years under the leadership of Bill Sharpless, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and a United States Army veteran. Mr. Sharpless began his insurance career as an underwriter with various insurance companies in Philadelphia, before joining his father at Sharpless and Sharpless Insurance in 1967.  At the end of 2014, Mr. Sharpless retired, handing the reins to licensed property casualty insurance agent Jennifer Newman.  A veteran of the firm, Ms. Newman joined Sharpless and Sharpless Insurance in 1994, assisting clients with both personal and commercial accounts.

Sharpless and Sharpless General Insurance offers clients the benefit of 75+ years of insurance expertise and superlative customer service. The office is located in West Chester, just a 20-minute drive west of Philadelphia, in beautiful Chester County, Pennsylvania.
