I am available for service as mediator, arbitrator, case evaluator or third party neutral investigator of high level complaints of discrimination or wrongdoing.  In mediation, I am equally comfortable using the evaluative model, characterized by separate caucus and shuttle diplomacy; the facilitative model, characterized by joint sessions with client participation; or some combination of both.  I am happy to tailor the process to the needs of the lawyers and disputants who retain me.  

My experience as arbitrator includes sole neutral decision-maker or part of a 3-person panel. 

I also have experience as a neutral, third party investigator, looking into high level complaints of discrimination, sexual harassment or corporate wrongdoing.
