Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is one of America’s “Top 5” non-bank servicers of residential mortgage loans, and over 2,500 employees work out of our offices in Greenville, SC; Houston, TX; and Tempe, AZ. Our only business is mortgage servicing; that is, we manage (or “service”) mortgage loans after they’re originated by lenders. On behalf of our many lender and investor clients, we collect principal, interest, and escrow payments from our 2,300,000 homeowners nationwide. We are an operating division of Newrez, LLC.
