In 2003, we became Sher, Cummings and Ellis when John Ellis, a renowned medical malpractice litigator, joined the firm. Today we continue to practice in the heart of Arlington, helping people from all walks of life with their legal struggles. We are a firm of four attorneys, and practice in Northern Virginia, primarily in the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William, as well as the Cities of Alexandria and Manassas. We also practice in the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Both David Sher and Mark Cummings are AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, and have been selected yearly for Super Lawyers recognition since 2007 and 2008 respectively.
