Sherlock Services, a third-party maintenance (TPM) company, provides premier data center infrastructure services and hardware for storage, servers, networking systems, and printers. Originally operating as an HP system parts broker and HP3000 and HP9000 support vendor, we evolved into a third-party maintenance company.  We added data center relocation and media destruction services. With the 2019 acquisition of Core IT Solutions, we sell new, used and refurbished hardware to give you world class support in your Data Center. 
 Sherlock Services offers many Service Level Agreements depending on your company’s needs. With local technicians and on-site parts, we resolve hardware failures quickly and cost-efficiently. Our monitoring technology provides 24x7x365 intelligence and offers proactive problem identification and resolution. We are cost-competitive for businesses to reduce overall IT operating expenses. Our US-based Level 3 Engineers perform infrastructure assessments, installation, and assistance with equipment administration of storage, servers, networking systems and printers.

Our data center equipment relocation services offer fully insured transport of hardware and installation services with documented, packed and crated white glove services. Media destruction offerings provide secure ITAD (Information Technology Asset Disposition) required services. All equipment is properly disposed of in accordance with the EPA and all media is sanitized by NIST 800-88 categories to meet all security needs.
