At Sherwood Industries Inc., we specialize in custom thermoplastic sheet and profile extrusion for die cutters, converters, and manufacturers across a wide range of industries. We are ISO 9001 certified and actively pursuing ISO 13485 to support the extrusion of medical-grade materials. Sheet Extrusion We extrude flexible plastic sheet using Santoprene™ (TPV), SEBS, TPE, EVA, TPU, and flexible polypropylene. Options include adhesive-backed and PSA-ready sheet, roll or sheet format, thicknesses from 0.020" to 0.250", widths from 6" to 36", core sizes of 3" or 6", and finishes including smooth, matte, haircell, grain, and block. Color matching is also available. Recycled Rubber Sheet We offer recycled rubber sheet as a sustainable, cost-effective solution for industrial applications. These sheets are flexible, durable, and ideal for eco-conscious manufacturers. Profile Extrusion We produce custom profiles for industrial use including seals, gaskets, trim, protective edging, isolation parts, and wire or cable channels. Profiles are delivered cut-to-length or in rolls. Certified & Application-Specific Materials Our materials can meet a range of standards including FDA compliance, NSF certification, UL flame retardancy, UV resistance, automotive-grade performance, and medical-grade readiness under ISO 13485.
