Shine International, the group’s international distribution arm is responsible for the distribution of over 3,000 hours of broadcast content annually. The group has recently enhanced its digital and direct to consumer credentials with the additions of social gaming specialists Bossa Studios and market-leading online broadcaster and original content producers ChannelFlip. In May Shine moved into the children’s entertainment genre in a co-venture with Teletubbies and In The Night Garden co-creator Andrew Davenport. Shine Group became a wholly owned subsidiary of News Corporation in March 2011.
