Shoreham Vehicle Auctions is an independent vehicle remarketing operator based near Lancing in West Sussex, England, focusing on car and commercial-vehicle auctions. The business traces a 60-year history and embarked on a management-led transformation in 2010 under Alex Wright, who brought together a highly experienced team from the motor-auction sector. It emphasizes using technology to strengthen relationships with buyers and sellers, and has grown its car auction business while introducing a Specialist Commercial Vehicle sales programme led by established leadership.

The company positions itself as the largest independent operator in the South East, aiming to compete with larger players through rigorous standards and attention to detail. Under Wright, the team has pursued rapid growth and expansion, supported by one of the industry’s most experienced rosters. In June 2026, Shoreham Vehicle Auctions announced a partnership with Generational Technologies to provide an EV battery health check service, reflecting its involvement in evolving remarketing practices.
