Shorewood is led by S. Lawrence Davis, former partner at Emmes & Co. Mr. Davis has overseen the development of approximately $500 million of real estate projects and platform investments, including the ground-up construction of William Beaver House, a $450 million residential condominium project in the Financial District of Manhattan.
