Shutt Law Firm, PLLC is a “boutique” firm, which means that the attorney narrowly focuses his law practice on a single area of law: Wills, estate planning, probate, and guardianship law.  Flat-rate attorney fees available in many situations.  

The probate attorney assists clients when family member died with a Will, without a Will, with a small estate, and when avoiding probate may be the best alternative.  The law firm is located just north of Dallas in Richardson, TX.  The attorney assists clients primarily in Dallas County Probate Court and Collin County Probate Court.

The attorney also assists clients with basic estate planning documents such as a Last Will and Testament, Living Will, Durable General Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Declaration of Guardian, Letter of Instruction to Executor, Anatomical Gifts Form, HIPAA Authorization form, and more.
