Sierra Agape Center for Soul-Tending is a non-denominational organization that provides therapy, meditation training, yoga and yoga-therapy and consultation services on a donation basis in the Buddhist paramita or tradition of Dāna (pronounced dah-nah), which means to cultivate generosity. The purpose is to continually create accessible opportunities and services in response to the needs of our communities in a way that does not always define the problems of life as mental illness, but considers each person in a holistic way.

VISION 
Sierra Agape Center’s approach to problems with life and relationships includes exploring all domains of a person's spiritual and physical life and then working with clients to enliven the body, soul and spirit through non-traditional means. These include meditation, yoga, yoga-therapy, food as medicine, types of relationships people choose, spiritual practices, creative expression, attunement to life purpose or work life and relationship with the body.
