We are a manufacturing company.  We require our employees to have a thorough understanding of the design and engineering elements of our products.  Our project managers are required to review shop drawings and architectural drawings and spot design issues before they happen.  They are also required to have a thorough understanding of system design and work with the architect and contractor in selecting and detailing our systems. 

We do not believe in crisis management.  We believe in pro-active project management.  We believe in a well, thought-out plan, executed with precision with customer satisfaction as our goal.
