Silver Bay YMCA Conference and Family Retreat Center is a long-established hospitality venue on a 700-acre lakeside campus along the shores of Lake George in the Adirondack Park region of New York, hosting conferences, family reunions, vacations, and spiritual and youth retreats. The property offers a range of lodging options—from historic buildings with private or shared bathrooms to private cottages—to accommodate different budgets and group sizes. It provides multiple meeting spaces, including a 700-seat auditorium, and standard audio-visual and conferencing equipment is included at no extra charge.

As a membership-based organization comprising about 1,500 families, it offers recreational opportunities such as swimming, paddling, and hiking on the campus and lake. Beyond hosting events, Silver Bay YMCA operates outreach programs like the Cancer Respite Program, Youth & Government, Youth Music Camp, and fitness and social initiatives for youth and adults, along with ministries such as the Brookside/Trinity Community House Retreat and the YMCA Teen Center in Ticonderoga. In 2026, leadership transitioned with Lucas Callahan named CEO in June, succeeding the prior chief executive.
