Silvermark Construction Services, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company and regional builder. Integrity, creativity, courage and collaboration are the core values that we strive to model in the work that we do.

The origin of Silvermark dates back to 1981 when the founder, Gregory S. Owen, established a heating and air conditioning business. The company evolved, grew and changed a number of times over the years, adapting to market demands and the economic environment.  Predicting emerging needs over the years, the founder ventured into producing new homes, rehabbing distressed properties and creating assisted living communities, all with the intention of improving neighborhoods and communities.  

Silvermark understands that wherever you live, in a first home, a re-modeled older home, a shiny new tract home, a custom home or in one of our assisted living communities, your home is your most precious asset.  You want it to be secure, comfortable, and trouble free.  We get that and that's our goal.

Silvermark Construction Services, Inc. is also an HVAC Residential New Construction Contractor and Builder of high-end homes in Northern California.

On the HVAC side, we work with most of the top Bay Area builders.  Our relationships have been built on our ability to design, install and warranty HVAC systems for new home builders--timely and in budget.

On the build side, we work on projects where we can create beautiful homes in beautiful places that are thoughtfully designed, climate smart and timeless.
