SilverSage Physician Services is dedicated to partnering with Post-Acute and Long-Term care facilities to enhance patient care by providing dedicated physicians and practitioners. 
The goal of SilverSage is to accomplish three things:
1.	To provide better care to the most critically ill and vulnerable patients entrusted to us.
2.	To continuously improve the quality of care and care delivery in Post- Acute and Long-Term Care settings.
3.	To restore the joy in practicing medicine to clinicians seeking to find fulfillment in their work.
