SimmatecUSA LLC exclusively markets, distributes, and installs Simmatec’s automated parking systems in the United States. For over 48 years, Simmatec built the least expensive and most sophisticated fully automated parking systems available anywhere in the world. Simmatec manufactures seven different robotic parking systems and one pallet based system all of which are modular and scalable. 138 Simmatec parking systems have been deployed internationally, with over 20,000 parking stalls currently under development in the United States. The US market for automated parking is in its infancy due to restrictive zoning laws, building codes and a general lack of awareness in the industry and within governing authorities.
Simmatec’s automated parking solutions are changing land use in US urban centers, significantly reducing the demand for land devoted to parking and making more land available for revenue generating purposes. SimmatecUSA parking solutions increases density up to three times the number of cars in the same amount of space as a conventional parking structure. A computerized network of rails, trolley robots, carts, elevators and other technologies lift's and carries cars from the entrance bay to available slots with no human intervention. Simmatec’s automated parking is safer and more convenient than traditional parking structures, eliminating the risk of theft, low speed accidents, parking structure violence, and personal injury suffered by the hundreds of children and elderly backed over in US parking lots each year. Environmental benefits are significant,  offering the reclaim to green spaces, and add up to 12 LEED points to a project.  SimmatecUSA parking solutions have lower land acquisition costs due to a smaller footprint, with half the operating costs of traditional parking structures. Our systems will allow land owners to maximize building square footage, increasing density by up to 40% for residential, office, medical, and retail buildings.
