The Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) is the largest national body representing manufacturing and related industries in Singapore, with roots dating back to 1932. It functions as a trade federation that supports the sector through digitalisation, innovation-driven productivity, and internationalisation to boost member competitiveness, with a focus on business transformation. Based in the Central Region at 438a Alexandra Road, it serves a broad membership of about 5,000 companies, including SMEs, multinational corporations, and affiliates organized into ten Industry Groups. 

SMF collaborates with local and overseas government agencies and industry partners to represent members in formal dialogues, create business opportunities through trade fairs and missions, and offer capabilities-building programmes such as conferences and workshops. It also emphasizes helping member companies transform their business models as part of its services. A notable development in 2026 saw SMF participate in a collaboration with Enterprise Singapore to launch the TR 149:2026 standard for organisations progressing toward environmental sustainability excellence.
