Based in Phoenix Arizona, we provide a variety of call center and specialized solutions to clients across the globe to ensure our clients are provided with the most cost efficient technology.

We currently provide technology to the Collections, 'Mortgage/Banking and Telesales Industry.   However, in recent years, most of our expansion has been with Utility Companies, Hospitals, Schools, Telecommunication Providers, Realtors and Servicing companies (HVAC Techs, Plumbers, Cleaning Services, etc).   

Growth in these niche markets exemplify  our ability to build very specific solutions.  Our ability to conduct automated surveys, confirm appointments, manage dispatched field technicians, collect customer status and address issues before they become an inbound disgruntled call all demonstrate our ability to bring much added value to the marketplace.  

With our long history in the Telesales and Collection Industry, we also offer test proven advice, support and man-power to support such functions.  Although our core business is in providing software solutions, we have also done a number of administrative type projects for customers who want to tap into our ability to access large pools of employees both nearshore and offshore.
