Singular Payments is an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) that was founded in 2009 by Charles Yancey, a veteran of the payment processing industry. Singular Payments business model is to "change the payments industry", through the introduction of a revolutionary 'One Flat Rate' program, affording clients the ability to "fix" their costs associated with accepting credit cards as a form of payment, and furthermore, dramatically simplifies the process of reading, understanding and reconciling monthly merchant account statements. 

In order to maximize the benefits of a flat rate program, the company targets key market verticals where there are higher monthly processing volumes, higher than normal average tickets and significantly enhanced customer retention rates.
