Site Solutions, Inc. (SSI) is committed to providing the highest quality consulting services in an innovative and responsive manner.  We provide a broad variety of design and consulting services including land planning and zoning analysis, comprehensive site analysis, forest conservation inventory, analysis & design, water and sewer design, landscape architecture, stormwater management, and sediment & erosion control design, as well as roadway design, site planning and land surveying.  Our approach is to provide value engineering by designing land in a manner that will yield maximum results with a minimum of development costs. All projects receive the active participation and involvement of at least one of the firms’ principals and typically include the involvement of two or more.  This hands-on approach assures highest quality creative work incorporating years of experience with the design and approval processes required to bring any project to fruition.  

SSI is a Maryland Corporation headquartered in Germantown, Maryland.  The firm was established in January 1999 by four principals: Alfred S. Blumberg II, AICP (Land Planner) Jeffrey S. Lewis, P.E. (Civil Engineer) Donald W. Rohrbaugh II, R.L.A. (Site Planner, Landscape Architect) and Michael J. Devine (Civil Engineer).  The company was formed to serve a variety of land development, governmental and individual property owner clients in the Washington D.C., central Maryland and northern Virginia areas.  Our clientele emanate from both the public and private sectors. The Principals of the firm have over 90 years of combined experience in the industry.
