We are headquartered in DeKalb, IL, about 50 miles west of Chicago and you can find our products throughout the world and in the equipment of some of the worlds best known OEM's, as well as smaller more specialized manufacturers. We ship all over the world, and our customer markets include heavy construction, marine, locomotive, mining, demolition, and industrial waste recovery and paving. Some of our manufacturing capabilities include: fully automated systems capable of processing wire from 22 gauge to 500 MCM, including cutting, terminating, and stamping; processing many wire insulation types, including GXL, SXL, TXL, PVC, Exane, and Teflon; overmolding; ultrasonic splicing; slave and master hot marking; a variety of quick change terminal applicators and hydraulic crimpers; harness coverings such as standard and high temp braiding, and hoses and tubes in a variety of diameters and shapes. We also have an outstanding engineering staff, fully capable of: digital product development, including harness generation, routing, flattening, and form board creation; R and tool and fixture design.
