SK Materials is a mid-sized South Korean company that supplies specialty gases and related materials used in semiconductor manufacturing and related industries. Its development began with the domestication of specialty gases and later expanded to a broader portfolio, including industrial gases, semiconductor precursors, and etching gases. Based in Yeongju, North Gyeongsang Province, the company was created in 2016 after SK Inc. acquired OCI Materials, forming SK Materials.

Its customers operate in domestic and international semiconductor and display markets, relying on its range of gas and material offerings to support chipmaking and associated processes. In 2023, SK Materials expanded its facilities in South Korea and began a collaboration with ExxonMobil focused on blue ammonia as part of broader efforts toward a lower-emission future.
