Integrated fabrication Skylab launched SkylabSHOP, an in-house fabrication studio, indicating potential for offering clients end-to-end services from design to fabrication, enabling streamlined project delivery and fabrication partnerships.

Strategic partnerships Recent collaborations with Steel Huts and Dunn + Kiley suggest openness to co-design and scalable project approaches, presenting opportunities to pitch joint ventures, prefab systems, or landscape integration for large-scale developments.

Operations leadership New director of operations and marketing leadership appointments imply a growing emphasis on process, client acquisition, and scalable delivery, making this a good moment to offer efficiency, CRM, and project automation solutions.

Mid-market growth With annual revenue in the mid-range and a headcount under 50, Skylab Architecture appears poised for expansion into neighboring markets or service expansions (interiors, planning, branding) to capture more projects in the architecture and planning space.

Sustainability and branding Holistic services spanning architecture, interior design, branded environments, and planning align with clients seeking cohesive sustainability-focused and identity-driven spaces, suggesting opportunities to upsell integrated branding, sustainability consulting, and digital experience design.
