The platform delivers two core solutions.

The Unified Data Platform (UDP) consolidates siloed clinical, financial, payer, and operational data into a secure, governed lakehouse (OLAP) and lakebase (OLTP). With built-in Master Data Management, advanced administration and security, agent and application orchestration, and an intuitive Studio interface, UDP provides healthcare-specific, AI-ready data models that are clean, governed, and actionable.

The Business Applications and Experience suite delivers immediate value for healthcare business users and clinicians. This includes the 365 solution suites (FQHC 365, VBC 365, Health System 365, and Front Office 365), the Skypoint Command Center for operational visibility and real-time insights, and Lia In-EHR, which integrates directly into Epic workflows to provide AI-powered clinical and operational support. These applications streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and improve both patient and provider experiences—all through a consistent and unified user interface. 

Founded in 2020 in Portland, Oregon, Skypoint now serves more than 75 healthcare organizations and employs over 60 professionals dedicated to transforming healthcare with AI.
