Slate Homes was launched in 2017 in Ohio. Our first manufacturing facility opened in Evendale in May 2018, with our first units scheduled for completion in September 2018. We're proud of our state-of-the-art, automated indoor facility and expert pre-fab home builders, which reduces building time, cost and construction waste, and allows for transport anywhere you choose to call “home.” We can arrange for delivery should you wish to build on your lot or provide assistance with securing land. 
 
Our focus is on a new way of living… with an emphasis on stunning designs, premium-grade appliances, top-quality finishes and features, and sustainable components. Smart technology is a way of life, and we’ve integrated it throughout our homes to help simplify and enhance your world.
