Small Business Majority is a national advocacy organization focused on small businesses, founded and led by small business owners. It connects entrepreneurs with policymakers to promote public policy solutions and provides information and resources to support growth and a sustainable, job-creating economy. Based in Washington, D.C., the group operates across the United States. The organization conducts scientific opinion polling, focus groups, and economic research to inform policymakers, the media, and other stakeholders about issues affecting small businesses and freelancers, including healthcare, access to capital, taxes, retirement, paid leave, and other workforce matters. It maintains Venturize.org as an online resource hub for entrepreneurs. In late 2024, Tarsha Hearns was named vice president for entrepreneurship, a recent leadership development.
