Snow Phipps Group is a private equity firm with $2.4 billion of assets under management focused on middle-market control investments, targeting platform companies with enterprise values ranging from $100 million to $500 million.  The firm was co-founded by Ian Snow and Ogden Phipps in 2005 and utilizes an Operating Partner strategy seeking to create long-term capital appreciation.  Along with its founders, the firm is led by three additional Investment Partners:  Alan Mantel, Sundip Murthy and John Pless.  Snow Phipps generally targets companies in attractive sub-sectors across the industrials, services and consumer sectors with investment size generally ranging from $50 million to $150 million of equity per investment.
