SOAR Selling is a sales training and leadership development organization. Our primary focus is to help our clients increase their market share.

SOAR is our flagship offering. We help our clients gain new market share by teaching their sales representatives how to make better initial contact with Decision Makers - by telephone, social media, ​and email - in an effort to close for a next step, which is typically a meeting.

We choose to be a business partner with our clients as opposed to come in and simply facilitate a workshop because it is very difficult to achieve sustainable change and yield a return on investment when working with an organization for only a couple of days...many participants of a 1 or 2 day training session don't even remember who the facilitator was, let alone actually use the training 3-6+ months later; can you relate?
