Our principals’ backgrounds include over 30 years in the construction technology industry and have studied and utilized the latest solar power and energy saving solutions. We offer licensed, insured and bonded installations and stand behind our work with unmatched service and support. Our team includes LEED AP's, a Green General Contractor, a Solar (PV) Contractor and Electrical Contractor. We are the chosen Solar Power contractor for Marc Rutenberg Homes, Alvarez Homes for zero energy residential structures throughout Florida. Our commercial clients include Great Bay Distributors, First Housing, Tampa Bay Trane, Medallion, Agora Leather, and SunTrust. Our Caribbean customers include Grenlec, the utility on the island of Grenada. Solar Energy Management recently completed the design and installation of a 1.5MW photovoltaic system in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is currently the largest commercial rooftop Solar Power (PV) System in the state of Florida.
