Solcius was a company in the renewable energy semiconductor manufacturing space, based in Santa Ana, California. In March 2025, EnergyAid acquired Solcius's intellectual property through a bankruptcy court process, transferring the core assets to EnergyAid. Following the transfer, EnergyAid hires, trains, and deploys residential solar and battery technicians to maintain and repair solar systems. The arrangement included the transfer of Solcius customers' data and solar monitoring access to EnergyAid, enabling proactive monitoring and outreach when issues arise. EnergyAid now focuses on servicing residential solar and energy storage systems for customers whose original installers have ceased operations. It launched a membership program on April 1, 2025, offering discounts, proactive monitoring, and remote troubleshooting for those customers.
