Sole Supports are custom, medical-grade orthotics designed to restore the foot to an ideal posture using Mass Posture Theory, a leading foot biomechanics model developed by Dr. Edward S. Glaser, DPM. Sole Supports uses a leaf-spring orthotic calibrated to deliver an equal and opposite range of forces to those applied by the body, encouraging the foot into a more functional posture that may reverse deformity and significantly correct biomechanics in the entire body. 

With a MASS Posture orthotic from Sole Supports, over time the feet regain proper position to help relieve pain and reverse diagnoses that are linked to collapsed arches. Common diagnoses include plantar fasciitis, flat feet, heel spurs, bunions, hammer toe, shin splints, knee pain, low back pain, and dozens of etiologies that originate in the feet and travel up the kinetic chain.

Sole Supports orthotics encourage the body to maintain ideal posture, ultimately improving each individual’s gait and balance and protecting the body from future instances of injury. When used in conjunction with Relax, Release, Relief (RRR) manual release techniques, Sole Supports orthotics may also restore range of motion in the foot and relieve pain throughout the body.
