Founded in 1998 as Sepro Membranes, Inc., the Company was acquired in December 2014 by True North Venture Partners (www.truenorthvp.com) and renamed “Solecta.” Since then, the Company has sharpened its strategic focus, implemented robust engineering and quality practices and broadened its organizational capabilities, all to accomplish its overall mission of becoming a global leader in process membrane solutions for high-value feed streams.
