Its offerings streamline the end-to-end lifecycle of customer communications—from onboarding and preparation to enhancement, management, and delivery across multiple industries and channels. The company marked its 30th anniversary in 2021 and has a history of early adoption of PDF, aligning its platform with PDF standards to optimize production workflows.

It emphasizes interoperability, integrating with a wide range of software and hardware in print and digital production environments, and provides tools such as file optimization, piece-level tracking, and visibility dashboards, along with remote-working capabilities. In March 2026, Solimar launched SOLsearcher Cloud, extending secure archival and delivery of transactional documents to Microsoft Azure.
