It trains and equips professional facilitators to guide these conversations, up to levels aligned with UN certification. With more than 75,000 alumni and over 1,000 trained facilitators from 120 nationalities, its programs support universities and global companies seeking to develop collaboration skills for navigating disagreements without division. Based in New York City, Soliya brings more than two decades of experience in dialogue facilitation across educational and corporate settings. In April 2026, it launched an Arabic-Language Resource Center to broaden access to Virtual Exchange knowledge and practices in the MENA region.
