SGC serves Austin, Texas and surrounding areas as a commercial construction project management firm which is also able to fulfill complete general contractor services through field supervision as well as trade contracting and coordination.  We specialize in Tenant Improvement/Interiors projects and ground-up projects, alike.  We have experience in industrial, retail, medical, and high-end office space construction.  While we do not pursue residential projects, we are fully capable and have experience in the residential market and are always willing to review any project that comes our way.
