THE ORIGIN STORY 

Son of a Barista was founded by an Italian immigrant who wanted to enjoy great coffee the way he had done growing up in Italy. He went back to his roots to recreate what was missing on the American coffee market. Trained as an engineer, he understood that precise steam pressure and the exact amount of coffee are needed to create the perfect cup of coffee.
