Sonic Corporation is an equipment manufacturing company based in Stratford, CT.  We design and manufacture Homogenizer, Blending Systems, Process Skids, Colloid Mills, Chemical Metering Skids and more.  We manufacture a proprietary Homogenizer known globally as the Sonolator, which is used for emulsifying and dispersing fluids in the chemical, beverage and personal care industries.  We specialize in custom High-Pressure Homogenizer systems that are designed to provide process benefits such as multiple-feed metering, in-line continuous and semi-continuous mixing, improved particle sizes, cycle time reductions and labor reduction.  

Sonic also manufactures Colloid Mills and Grinding Mill systems used in the chemical industry for processing lubricants, greases, clays and bentonite.  Our Grinding Mills are also used in the food industry for sauces, mayonnaise, mustards and pastes.

We also specialize in fabrication of customized In Line Mixers and Blending systems designed to streamline outdated batch processes into continuous operations that reduce labor involvement and reduce unnecessary waste.  Lengthy batch processes where operators transfer materials to mix tanks by weight and mix in the tank are eliminated.  The mix tank is removed and our Blending System accurately meters various materials from bulk and blends in the pipe as a storage tank is filled or a filling line is fed. 

We also manufacture custom Process Skids and Pumping Skids for a variety of uses such chemical injection, chemical metering, material transfer, high-pressure pumping and more.
