Sostek refers fully vetted, skilled, professional caregivers to seniors in their homes all over Massachusetts, including Cape Cod & The Islands.  Customers are able to interview and hire the perfect caregiver, decide what duties and schedule works best for them and can negotiate a pay rate that fits in their budget. 

We know the idea of being a household employer may seem overwhelming, but with Sostek's streamlined process, we are informed time and time again from customers and their families how they are pleasantly surprised at how effortless and easy it is.  Sostek provides the tools, resources and support necessary to become a household employer which allows customers and/or their families to remain in control of their care in the home.  

Our staff is experienced with facilitating payroll procedures, knowledgeable regarding caregiver requirements for long term care insurance policies and they perform other ministerial duties that may be involved.  

Even after Sostek refers the perfect fit to our customer(s), we remain involved with to ensure a positive ongoing home care experience for everyone involved.
