Soul Shoppe supports school communities by providing interactive workshops and assemblies that teach students powerful learning and life skills. We teach kids to notice and handle their feelings and help others do the same. Our results go deeper than offering good curricula - we help students, teachers and parents EXPERIENCE empathy, then walk them through real problems to transform how they interact on a daily basis. Our whole school approach addresses the social-emotional causes of bullying AND its symptomatic behaviors. We teach anger management and peacemaking in innovative ways that ground the learning physically, mentally and emotionally to break up the structures that keep bullying in place, and to foster tomorrow’s empathetic leaders. In addition to working with students, we also support staff by creating and facilitating dynamic staff development trainings that give teachers the necessary tools to implement academic and personal growth.
