2.) Offer 100% free shipping on every product they sell, with no minimum quantities or restrictions
3.) Never sell any gray-market, black-market or unauthorized products of any kind
4.) Follow all manufacturer standards of practice
5.) Equal or more generous return policy than they offer to their direct customers (most products are 100% returnable for full refund without exception)
