South Carolina Autism Society (SCAS) is a state-wide, non-profit organization based in West Columbia, South Carolina, that serves the autism community. It provides a range of services, including Information and Resources, Case Management, the Parent School Partnership program, educational mentoring, training for parents and/or family members, and community outreach. Through these offerings, SCAS aims to help individuals with autism and their families access supports and improve quality of life across the state. 

In October 2024, SCAS appointed James A. Merklinger as its Executive Director. It also maintains active community engagement through events such as the Strides for Autism Walk and First 5K Run, with the 19th edition held in April 2025 at Moore Park.
