South Coast was established in 1984, as an independent division of our parent firm, which had been conducting business in Riverside, CA since 1974.  In 1987, we became an independent corporation, specializing in production wood framing, drywall and demolition and offering a complete construction package including lumber, trusses, framing hardware, drywall, steel studs, non-union labor, fall protection and value engineering when requested.
