The South Davis Sewer District is a utilities provider organized in 1959 by Davis County as an independent special district to deliver wastewater services to the southern half of the county, covering Bountiful, Centerville, North Salt Lake, West Bountiful, Woods Cross, and surrounding unincorporated areas south of Lund Lane. The district is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees and is based in Midvale, Utah, serving a population of about 90,000.

It operates two wastewater treatment facilities: the North Plant in West Bountiful with a maximum capacity of 12 million gallons per day, and the South Plant in North Salt Lake with a capacity of 4 MGD. In addition, the district maintains a collection system consisting of 360 miles of sewer lines, 8,055 manholes, and 9 lift stations. The service area includes Bountiful, Centerville, North Salt Lake, West Bountiful, Woods Cross, and nearby unincorporated areas.
