South Peninsula Hebrew Day School is an established institution with almost forty years of history in the South Peninsula area. Located in Sunnyvale, California, SPHDS is a Jewish community day school for students from 18 months through 8th grade. The school is bilingual and bicultural, with a curriculum that includes a half day of Hebrew language, literature and Jewish studies. Our students are diverse with respect to their ethnic backgrounds, countries of origin, languages spoken and levels of economic privilege. Bridging this diversity is a core part of the school's mission.
